2. Nature of the Service

EndHarassment.org provides a platform for crowdsourced, anonymous reporting of harassment incidents for community awareness and heatmap visualization. You acknowledge that:

• Reports are not official police reports.
• We do not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of any user-submitted report.
• The map reflects subjective user experiences and does not constitute a definitive statement on the safety of any specific area.

3. User Submissions & Conduct

By submitting a report, you agree to the following:

• Good Faith: You will only submit reports that are, to the best of your knowledge, truthful and accurate.
• Anonymity & Privacy: You will not include the full names, phone numbers, or private addresses of any individual (yourself or others) in the report description.
• Prohibited Content: You will not use the platform to harass, defame, or "dox" specific individuals. We reserve the right to remove any report that contains hate speech, graphic violence, or identifies individuals.
• License: You grant EndHarassment.org a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, and aggregate the data you submit for the purpose of generating heatmaps and safety analytics.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EndHarassment.org, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site.
• Any physical harm, harassment, or criminal activity that occurs at locations marked on the map.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy of the data provided by other users.
• The failure of the platform to prevent future incidents of harassment.

USE OF THIS TOOL IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. We provide this service "as-is" without any warranties of any kind.

5. Data Privacy & GDPR

• Collection: We collect location data and incident descriptions. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information (PII).
• IP Addresses: We may log IP addresses solely for the purpose of preventing "spam" reporting or site abuse.
• Erasure: If you inadvertently post identifying information and wish for a report to be removed, please contact us at support@endharassment.org

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EndHarassment.org from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these terms or any false or defamatory content you submit to the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
